about the project
"Best of Russia" is a photo project, unprecedented in scale, covering all regions of the country.
Any person who enjoys photography, either as a recognized photography or amateur, can participate in the project.
The only requirement is that photographs must have been taken in Russia between September 2014 and November 2015.
The project's goal is to authentically capture a year in the life of Russia in the most vivid and creative photographs.
Stages of the Project

| December 01 — December 31, 2016 Voting by the jury to determine the best photographs in the project |
| Spring, 2017 Exhibition at WINZAVOD Centre for Contemporary Art |
All winning photographs will be published in the album and take part in the exhibition Best of Russia at WINZAVOD Centre for Contemporary Art.
Partners of Best of Russia award their own prizes to the photographs.
Each year after the close of the Moscow exhibit, the project is exhibited in large exhibition venues in Russia and abroad.
